Let’s say you have some domain names listed on Afternic, Sedo....ao. Are you allowed to build your own landing pages with your contact info? Somebody might find the “dreamdomain” listed, and check it out. So the contact info will be available...and the contact possible. The listing company will not get their commission. Am I wrong? Please help me to understand how this works.

If the person doesn't purchase through them, no commission

If it sells on the Sedo marketplace ... you're required to pay their escrow fees.

If it sells through your own paypal account link, you only pay what ever paypal charges and you would remove your domain from sedo (or any other marketplace you listed it on).
