IMHO (if 1337 is the proper term) then it may be a little hard to develop if you have the name of the site wrong ... But i'm not sure on that, maybe they're both used.

There are 6 million+ results for 1337, whereas only 2 million for l33t

If you're right, low $xx undeveloped, but developed :O the possibilites
