Klout - Anyone Using it?

Seems kind of ridiculous to me. Measuring someones social media influence and awarding them with free stuff as a result... I cannot say for certain if I will try it. Has anyone else here? What does it take to get free stuff? Everyone wants free stuff. :tu: Then again, what about our privacy? Or is that already gone out the window?

Odd, (at the time of this post) first thing I noticed is that the copyright in the footer is not dated (as in no year mark). That's not something you see everyday, 99.9% of legitimate sites / companies have a copyright year stipulated in the footer. Might have just been an over sight for them.

Never used them before myself and to be honest, I probably never will. Guess I'm just not into that type of social buzz. I can see where it could go viral pretty quick and how it may even boost ones exposure that leads to addition prospects (if they run a business).

Top contributors of unique content posts on any site is a magnet for those seeking data entry personnel to hire for content creation on their own sites. So, that may be one of the biggest benefits to being proclaimed a TOP Contributor right there (Even if there were no prizes).

Interesting site / concept, But I still think they should put a year in their copyright notice.
