KissimmeeRealestate.org - Its taken in all major ext

Wondering what others think.

Low $xx IMO. The .org kills it. You could get lucky and find an end user, but not likely.

You need to develop it to attract some good buyers. This is a commercial name and it doesn’t fit .org well. Still the name has some potential imo.

The registrars are the dealers, dealing in hope and letter grouping highs. Don’t let these virtual crack dealers sell you their domain drugs.

granted .com would be better than .org but it's a very targeted domain name. Should be relatively easy to get high rankings for it. If it's ranking top of the SERPS and getting that kind of targeted traffic i.e. related to the domain name then it could be filpped for a nice bit of cash, more than the estimate. I'd be going straight to the target market and offering/selling it directly.

I think that this has very good end user possibilities however realtors and real estate agents don't understand domain names.
