Russian boxer Nikolai Valuev is coming to America courtesy of promoter (who else?) Don King. This guy is 7 foot tall and 323 pounds so I guess that makes him a Heavyweight, eh? Check out his pic as he pummels US fighter John Ruiz at www.mrzilla.com .

He's actually described as "lazy" in the article and they have tried to train him not to use his long reach as much as short jabs.

For his size and weight, I don't think I'd want to come up against him.

He didn't pummel him... Most boxing experts -many of which truly dislike Ruiz with a passion and thus usually root against him- actually are of the opinion Ruiz was robbed of his title; i.e. he should have won.

I saw that.. I know there's a controversy regarding the title and the pic on the site links to a good article about it.. but if you look at the pic, Ruiz definitely looks like he's being "pummeled" The WBA voted 2 to 1 against Ruiz in that match. Go figure..
