This is the most stupid thing you can ever do. The chances of tissues, blood type and etc. matching are lower than hitting the jackpot.

Ok, i have a kidney floating in a jar at home, but it doest no work for me, the immune system rejects it. Perfect, at least it looks funny and it floats.

I have generally heard people out of the USA call the USA a SuperPower more so then it being a self imposed lable

Also, do you even know what a "Third World Country" is? If you did you would know your opinion has nothing to do with its defination, so seems rather worthless.

Hey,Katrina proved to the world that the USA does have an underclass and this section of society is almost third world.

I've been all around the world buddy, I scraped my way across Asia in 86 and 87 with no funds at all. I have slept on the streets of India and Thailand. I have also begged for change and eaten scraps from garbage bins. I have also worked for a couple of dollars a day to get on out of the gutter.

I now live in Venezuela so I sure know what poverty looks like. Even here Hugo Chavez is making sure the nation has free health care but Bush does not like the fact that we exchange oil for teachers and doctors with Cuba. I have been operated on three times here in Venezuela, free of charge, even though I am not a resident.

I think that the USA loses credibility over healthcare. Its alright saying that people can take insurance but as DG Ridley says, once you have a health problem nobody will insure you. Infant mortality is a good measure of a nations development, and you will find the USA is far from top of birth and child mortality statistics.

I'm not kicking the USA, I just think healthcare is a bigger priority than lower taxes and cheap fuel.
