I have a couple adult hyphenated keyword dot coms coming up for renewal that have the non-hyphenated dot net and dot biz open. I'm looking for some opinions on which fellow members prefer.

For example, would you rather have

adult-domain-names.com

OR

adultdomainnames.net

OR

adultdomainnames.biz

(these aren't my actual domain names, but something similar)
