I have had this domain for quite some time and I feel I have it priced to low. I would really like a professional opinion on it cause it has three main uses aside from other medical treatments using the diet.

This diet has been around since the 1920's and is used as a treatment for epilepsy and statistically shown to help up to 60% of children with epilepsy and can cure up to 10% of patients.

It also used for rapid weight loss as "ketogenic" means ketone generating (the acid that breaks down body fat). It is used as the induction stage of starting the Atkins diet.

It is used in body building to build more muscle as the state of ketosis reduces free radical oxygen allowing more protein to get to the muscles.

The problem with the epilepsy connection is that relatively few epilepsy suffers check Google for a cure; they go to a doctor. Ketosis for epileptics is a serious medical treatment considered an option to drug therapy; because of the seriousness and prevalence of epilepsy it might even be hard to develop a site around that topic (at least, anything more than an anecdotal site about personal experience) may be a liability problem to boot.

From a search standpoint, "ketogenic diet epilepsy" gets barely 1/50th the exact match search volume as "ketogenic diet," and it appears to be the most heavily-used related search term (I couldn't find anything at all for "ketosis epilepsy," despite "ketosis" getting a lot more general search volume and variety than "ketogenic."

My opinion is it's a "domainer domain." You can probably sell it to someone else here or on DNF or wherever for low $xx but it has no value in the wild, just one of those domains that sound good but don't hold up to scrutiny. Fortunately a lot of domainers don't bother with nerd crap like research, so you could recoup a little if you keep it to that market.
