Upon contacting Popscript, they are claiming to be the innocent party with full rights to the script.. So I still think I'm okay to be selling this site.

Yeah thats fine. Except they also claim to own prozilla. I am not trying to trash this thread but PopScript are scammers.

Well I've seen plenty of sites try and sell the Prozilla scripts as there own, and Prozilla themselves even say it's fine to do so.. I don't think that makes them scammers.. At the end of the day I purchased the script for use on the domain name and am now selling the domain name & script perfectly legally..
