Hey guys!

Just looking for a few opinions on this..... How much do you think these keywords are worth in cctld top level extensions, e.g .pk

Loan
Loans
Mortgage
Mortgages

So for e.g how much do you think Loans.pk is worth etc?

Do you think it really depends on the country code? Or does the keywords sell the name which ever extension is used?

Above keywords would not work in my opinion with extensions such as .pk (Pakistan) simply because Pakistan is not a very well developed country and it's perhaps harder to sell to end users in other countries.

I wouldn't go for it but maybe this would be a mistake. But i am not feeling comfortable with it.

Loan.cc sold for $940 on Sedo sometime in Feb 06

Loans.cc sold for 600 EUR around the same time period.

Just to give you an idea of some sales...

However, I think both of these are worth significantly more $$ IMO
