domain Just starting - would like an appraisal

I have purchased 'isby.us' (is by us) and was wondering what it would be worth now, and if the consensus might be that it would be better to sit on it for a while. I was thinking that the potential for something clever like 'del.icio.us' might put a higher value on this.

I like domain hacks and I think there is a thread on here telling about some sales.

ali.st- A List
psychologi.st

and to go a step further...

8etty.com looks like Betty
5cott.com looks like Scott
2ool.com sounds like tool
2lip.com sounds like tulip

I believe there is value in brandable domains that are easy to remember.
