.tv Just so I got this straight

you can have a regular site, (not a me.tv site) and go to places like you tube, and "imbed" a video right onto the site, with no special software, right?
i know we grab videos for me.tv sites, but are you allowed for any site to grab videos and place them on your site? or do you need permission?

Let's say you have a blog: You can place youtube videos on it without problems.
There are not hosted on your blog, but by Youtube (Google).
