domain Just registered occ5.com need an opinion.

I am trying to sell the domain to medical credit company OnlineCreditCenter5.com! Called them up today made an offer! Know I was wondering am I going to have a TM problem with the company or not?

I am not alawyer but it does not appear that way. I don;t think you can copyright three letters like that. They may be able to copyright "occ5 though. But have they? I don;t know. DO they actually identify themselves as OCC5 publicly? If they do, then they may have copyrighted OCC5.

The company real name is CareCredit. The website OnlineCreditCenter5.com is used as an online payment center! I don’t thing they identify themselves as OCC5, I did google search on OCC5 have not found anything with CareCredit or OnlineCreditCenter5.com.

well you should contact that company and offer to sell it to them.. You could get a TOP $ from them since it is short for what they got and MUCH BETTER in my opinion.. If they get interested you could probably get X,XXX easy!
