Premium said:TM Issues? I think not, this is a 3 letter acronym and can mean almost anything!
The .com version isn't even owned by the company as well as several other extensions.
Develop to maybe a game site? Or what do you suggest I do with the name?
Premium said:I also own TNQ.com, now this domain is the abbreviation of MANY different companies and they all were probably established before the domain was registered. Does that mean they have the right to my domain? NO, please understand that 3 letters can mean almost anything and therefore I shouldn't have much trouble with this name.
Word Mark PBS
...;CABLE TELEVISION BROADCASTING; CABLE TELEVISION TRANSMISSION SERVICES; AUDIO AND VIDEO BROADCASTING AND TRANSMISSION VIA THE INTERNET;...
Owner (REGISTRANT) PUBLIC BROADCASTING SERVICE CORPORATION
gjsys said:that may apply to many companies, i hardly think that it applies to a media giant though. i'm sure they know their way around the domains..
In any way, if this domain gets used in any way TV related, even though the extension begs for it, i am certain that PBS would knock on your door,.....with a sledgehammer.
I am not quite sure what to make out the acronym,...
professional bowling stars?
professional boxing stars?
public broadcasting service...<< sledgehammer!
perform better sex?
pro board surfing?
many things come to mind, it mainly depends where you see the niche for this DN.
ok, enough the stupidity. my way of going about it would be to start some sort of forum on it that relates to anything but TV, then approach PBS and see if they are interested. you never know, maybe you get lucky!
