Yeah, The plural is regged up in all the same extensions aswell. But it is the singular that brings back the nice OVT results, The plural only returns a 90 OVT

Not questioning your results, but how did you differentiate between the two? The OVT I check doesn't distinguish between singular and plural.

i did not use quotes , i typed in Medical Question , And it returns 24,806 searches a month, Most people will not typin, MedicalQuestion into the search, they will space it.

Right. But that doesn't address singular or plural results for those keywords in OVT.

'Medical question' inside the quotes at Google reveals mid-700k, whereas 'medical questions' returns approximately 1.4 mil.

Medicalquestion.com on ovt reveals a 25.
medicalquestions.com on ovt = 208

Again, it's a nice term, but the plural is superior, imo.

I would have regged both, Had the plural been available, I have developed the name and will see how the traffic goes as i promote it.
