I don't know about all of you out there, but when I want to make some sites, I tend to procrastinate. I have the ideas of what I want to do with it, but then I think about the amount of different things to do and just keep putting it off.

Anyone else do something like this? What do you do to help you through this?

yea I do this a lot.

I just force myself to get started, and once im on the swing of things im usually ok.

Seems like you speak my Mind. Even if I have an idea I usually end up changing to a new one. I want to do so much but then the flaw in things restricts me up.

Same goes for me. If that doesn't happen I'll have everything lined up and know what I have to get done, and won't have the ambition to go ahead and do it. Or sometimes just the opposite. Get into a 'design mood' and have NOTHING to work on. Which brings things to life such as : www.lunchbox360.com :hehe:

i copy pendings that I need to do but always procrastinate on another day on my journal i put it on top, eventually i end up doing it.

I'm dealing with this very thing right now. I can't seem to get started and my excuse is research. I research the heck out of everything I get into, but I get to the point where I research myself out of an idea. I need to live by the motto "JUST DO IT" because I procrastinate on everything. I need help.

I have quite a few domains that I have been meaning to develop and just don't make a proper start on.

Starting I find is always the difficult part.

I think about what im going to develop on my domains and they are always great ideas and they fit perfectly with what im going to do. Then when i get around to doing it i find out that i dont have enough brains to get that "Amazing" site i had imagined. So i get discouraged and just create what i can. Usually turns out ok if i put time into but i have some UGLY sites because of this.

So procrastination is a worldwide delimma, hehe :D ...We Filipinos always thought of ourselves as procrastinators, i guess this is what those lazy Spaniard colonizers injected on the minds of the natives before.

It's popularly called "Mañana" habit.

Mañana is Spanish for 1. Tomorrow. 2. At an unspecified future time.
