I would say high $xxx, with a fully developed site going for low to mid $x,xxx.

Its memorable but is spelt differently to how most people would originally try it. .com is good as is length. :imho:

I see this one going maybe in the low xxx$ range as a term searched for every day and used as a derivative of the now famous "Gangsta" term ... but there were previous TM's issued on the word (All US are dead now) and it is a little hard to tell how active the Studio under this name still is.
