domain JURTA.com appraisal and opinions please

Jurta is "yurt" , a small mobile tent-like home, in many languages-- Polish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Czeck, Slovakian, Slovenian, Estonian , Basque, Albanian, Croatian, possibly a few more. Pretty much all other other languages sound similar-- jurtta, yurta, iurta , etc.
About 6000 monthly searches with low competition . I thought some kinda cabin/tent/camping gear selling website might be good for it? Domain is 10 years old, no backlinks. Thank you for your opinion.

Literally no one is advertising for these. (means no one is buying)

I think this name has huge potential as a brandable for a startup.
It's short, pronounceable, easily spelled.
It means something real (not offensive or sad).
I would keep it until offered low to mid $x,xxx.
If you're OK paying a large commission, you could list it on Brand Bucket, Namerific, etc.

Hi, thank you , do you mean by "these" a keyword " jurta" or yurts in general? Because there are producers of these things both in USA and Canada, and they sell for 5-10 k each yurt. On my search I see at least 2 advertisers for " yurt" keyword

Where I am (US) there are 3 ads for "yurts," 0 for "yurt," and 0 for "jurta."
Even though 3 people are advertising "yurts" you do not have that name.

you are right, but again I have a website with a name that does not mean anything and 0 advertisers, but traffic brings on average almost $9 per 1000 pageviews between adsense and infolinks.
How long would it take to sell it though , as a brandable or whatnot, for low xxxx or even high xxx in your opinion? Years?
