This is far and away the biggest directory of Joomla developers. Its been online since august 2006. Over 300 developers are listed. The site ranking very well for geo phrases "country joomla", "state joomla".
You could either take the revenue and the site would pay for itself in 2 or 3 years (depending on the final sales price) or take the revenue and also bring in a good number of webdesign projects.
Average Monthly Revenue:
a) $20 Adsense
b) $20 Link Sales
c) $50 Subscribers (note - current subscribers can't be moved over as they're on Paypal subscriptions)
d) Projects won by advertising on the site
