Good organic traffic. It's all in the listing. I purchased the site and there was no way to make money ... only lots of indexed content. It was also a butt ugly design. I redesigned the site and added ways to make money and now I'm selling it. I'm also creating an ebook to sell on Baby's First Year to sell if it doesn't go at my price.
