Firstly, apologies for the late review. Thanks for waiting patiently.

As a Joomla user myself, I find the concept of your website wonderful. It is harder to find Joomla resource websites, and with this 'directory', it will certainly help.

Translation function is good, but then the Google Maps don't work. Your Site Map link does not work either.

In the normal Yellow Pages, they are catergorised by service in alphabetical order. You have catergorised them in continents, which is a lot harder as continents such as Africa wouldn't have as many websites. As your site is quite new, I wouldn't start charging people first [at quite a high price] for a listing. Possibly lower the price and then future customers will see it worthwhile to list their site on your directory.

Another useful feature would be to have a Top List of most popular sites to help quick navigation instead of going through all the links to find a certain site.
