I also bought it from another seller , he told me there is no problem with that because it is listed on sedo successfully , if there was any problem , they will not list it in marketplace

Go to the joomla website and read their trade mark. I am speeking from experience as I to purchased a domain name with joomla in it and I realised after that it was trade marked and I contacted their trade mark person and they said they will not give me permission to use the domain name.
