Clumsy interface

Confusing interface and somewhat awkward ownership transfers.

By far the worst registrar we have ever come cross. Wrote them 20 messages via the form on their site and faxes, and they never got back to us. Not a single response in 6 months!

Eventually managed to dig out there phone number and that was a totally frustrating experience.

A complete joke of a company.

Review

Interface is too complicated and clumsy.
Support not good. Sometime you got reply, but sometime not. So it is
like you have luck if you receive reply from them.
Prices bit high. US$12 for .com

Great company - once you understand how they work. They have APIs and mail interfaces so the web interface not necessary. I keep all my most valuable .coms there - outside USA ... They are sincere and honest - and only really like to deal with resellers. This is not an ideal company for registering a handful of domains. They currently have an amazing $3.60 .com / .net promo until end November 09 - but you need a big balance to qualify. I believe they are around the 13th or 14th biggest registrar, believe it or not - especially if you include ccTLD registrations too.
