Happened to me as well, couple times. I've let Epik know about the issue.

BTW -There is a setting for this, where you can specify a min value overall - I'm using $500 but anything $200 or above should fix such issues.

Seems like a contact request, but without a message..
You may also have to disable contact requests, that's a bit hidden when you go in the sale settings of a given domain (or group of domains if you do bulk edits)
Also, it seems it doesn't fix the problem entirely but it's a big first step.
A bit sad it's enabled by default and that it can't be disabled on all names :/
