It's a real pain changing registrar

I've decided to bite the bullet, and to move all my names. It seems to be taking forever as I have to move each one individually. the ops are

• check expiry date
• check email address, and update if required
• unlock names by keyword
• get auth code by individual name
• add another $1,000 to the gaining registrars account if it's running low
• enter name into a transfer list
• check email for transfer confirmation
• authorise transfer
• check transfer list at gaining registrar
• get another cup of coffee

I'm doing it in batches of about a dozen every few days. I expect there is an easier way, but I'm down to a couple of hundred, so I guess I'll just carry on like this. One advantage is that it means I vet each name, and I've dropped afew as I go.

aaarrr sounds so data entry painful but you are culling which was probably on back of mind before. I would rather send out that many emails and hope on a sale to cover the difference.

I missed a comma at the beginning of an auth code on one name, so that was another stage - resending that.
