(that's a nod)

Even though I got these mega-bargains, I'm still very jealous of the guy that picked up the LLL .coms. :hehe:

Nice grabs..!! Where was I :'(

a little?!! :)

I had to get my act together though and break this story!

BTW.... Is anyone a bit scared that a publicly traded company that specializes in domain names is making HUGE mistakes like this?

Kind of like you and your .BZ frenzy from a little while back. ;) I now know how you felt.

Thanks!

I had been browsing Sedo and (for the first time) Afternic for random LLL .orgs on Thursday. I came back on Friday, and saw a curiously long list of LLL .orgs at Afternic by the same seller (ireitinc). I couldn't believe it, and bought SAY and GUT immediately. There were a lot of other nice LLL .orgs on the list, which was taken down a few minutes after I picked up SAY and GUT.

They disappeared from my account after paying for them, and I thought it was too good to be true. I was on edge all day. I was a little disappointed, but I told myself I'd get over it. A few hours later, the names re-appeared in my account, though. :tu:

I'm more than blessed to have had such great timing. B-)

something is really wrong with iReit that they drop domain names like crazy. I doubt that company like iReit will make big blunder, but may be something happens to them, or something big is going to happen.

so anyway, good for those guys who gets their hand on cheap LLL.com, they might even resell it again in 1 second haha.

Absolutely not!

I believe in Domains so much and even if i saw Frank Schilling dumping domains. I will be more than happy because we will have better hunting chances.

Say.org is $xx,xxx domain. Am I right?

Since when was IREIT publicaly traded?

Frickin desperate fools...if they really needed the pocket change from the LLL.coms I'm sure one of the staffers would have gladly bought them...

Many congrats to you. Say.org and Gut.org are low-mid $XXXX reseller each IMO. .org is tremendously undervalued. Hold out for the end user!

Actually - EG, I think you missed my point. Im not scared for the industry, but rather that a publicly traded company is making huge mistakes.

BTW - I love Say.org - I think xx,xxx is probably on the high side - perhaps if the right end-user came along, indeed. Probably high x,xxx reseller. Its a great grab, and I am ripe with envy.

This is just insane...

Ive never seen such blatant incompetence! Surely someone in their organisation should've known the value of these names.

If I was iReit's CEO, id sack and probably kill anyone who sanctioned this.

P.S. Im not bitter at one guy getting his hands on mid $xx,xxx worth of domains for peanuts ;)

That did it, I quit this domaining crap. You insiders are supposed to tell me about this stuff instead of buying it for yourself. You selfish domainers!

Quite unbelievable. If I had realized it I would have spent my last remaining dollars on these, I mean in some cases these could be worth 50 times paid price LOL!

Slight Correction. I was under the impression iReit was publicly traded, however I cannot find anything to back that up - it appears thay may be just a private company.

Companies are under pressure now to have revenue, and since PPC traffic payments are lower and trademark issues are higher, you have to sell some of your portfolio to make up those lost revenues. A quick move from traffic monetization to domain sales can cause some listing mistakes. :)
