I don't own any .it domains but at our family holiday party this week we played an online question game hosted at Kahoot.it (I believe one of the presenters at NamesCon 2019 also had a contest with it).

Also one of my favourite domain names on .it is from a Vancouver, Canada area plumbing service that uses Unclog.it.

I see that someone has Name.it for sale. What a nice name for someone!

It is a great extension. Do you need an Italian connection to register one or is it open?
