Issues With SEDO...Some Help?

Hey guys,

I am trying to park with SEDO and list my domains there but running into some issues that I can't find in their FAQ page so thought I'd come here.

1) A Couple of my names got blocked from going through (only 2 names). One was a misspelling that I don't really care about as it's the only misspell I have.

The other was for the word FIOS. I didn't know FIOS was trademarked and don't think it is. Can I dispute?

2) I just want to park right now but their list is asking me to press "continue" when their category, price, list window comes up.

I don't want to list them for sale or give a price at the moment and I want to edit that stuff later.

Can I just leave the fields blank? I'm afraid what happens on the other side if I hit "sumit/continue".

Will my domains be up for sale then? I don't want that yet.

I just want to point at their nameservers and park.


And what is the deal with their customer service? I hate places that have a "virtual assistant window. I feel like I'm talking to a bot program and wonder if a real human is contacting me.

Don't you hate it when the question you have is not found in a FAQ and their phone # is for the 'special people'?

When you add a domain to SEDO
Where the category choices are (Step 2)
Under the Master Category tab there is a "Not For Sale" option.
Click it and on the next screen at the bottom you will see a button "Domain Management"
click that and either the domain is already parked - marked not for sale
or it will still be pending approval.

Then you can play around with them till you are ready to Mark it For Sale

Yeah I am doing a grace delete. It's Verizon's deal, so that keyword is out for me....................for now.
