Hi guys,
I've a question:
Can I park my domain with sedo parking system and not mark it as it's for sale?
I just want to earn little money with that domain but don't want to sell it.
If yes , how?
If no which alternatives can I use?
I've searched over the internet and NamePros but didn't find the answer.
Thanks ;)

You can park them on SEDO but you don't have to sell them. In my experience SEDO is more of a park-to-sell type of website but it works for both.

I dont know about sedo. But I know with Parked.com you can mark your names as not for sale. If you want to sign up there, let me know and Ill email my account manager, and let him know your coming.

You can set it as a parked page and not display it for sale using the sales overview with sedo.

Excuse me , But I didn't find the option.
Could you please tell me?
I went to Sell Domains > Overview and Domain Management but didn't find anything.

Hmm. Thats odd. :imho: Your best bet, is to move the names to parked because I personally have had a better experience their, and I know for a fact that you can list them as not for sale. Or your BEST of all bets, would be to develop your names into mini sites ;)

under your domain management where it says Please Choose (left side of page ) find Sales Overview and you will find the List For Sale.

You can park it with them, but if you do not list it for sale, you will not get revenues for the parking.

Zero if you do not list it for sale...

Just park it at SEDO and when/if you get an offer counter with something ridiculous...chances are it will still be parked...and if not, then congrats, you got yourself a big sale!

Good-luck,

just put it as "make offer" and never take a offer

You do not have to accept an offer and even if it is marketed as 'for sale' you dont ever HAVE to sell it unless you agree to an offer from someone. If i were you, id leave them marked as for sale and put a price on them that you would accept if someone were to offer it. You never know, someday, somone might make you a very good offer for your domain? Its worth a try and you have nothing to loose.
