Very tough to appraise.
Depends who buys the .COM and what their attitude / budget is for brand protection.
I really don't foresee this .NET being an independent brand (i.e. without the .COM); but it's possible. If that's what the buyer is thinking, then such a buyer would most likely have a budget between $100 and $1.5k.
Watch the .COM. If it sells for $20k or $200k, then that has implications for you. Then again, someone might buy a .COM for $200k and not make purchase offers on any other TLD. Really depends on the person / company.
