Good name. 3500 monthly exact with $8 cpc. Very competitive market. The .com is undeveloped. I personally would list it at about the estibot valuation of $1500 to be attractive. I would certainly contact the registrants of the lower tlds (.info, .biz ect) and offer it to them. Otherwise, develop. Maybe go payday loan route since using "instant" in title.
