isnare.com does it work?

I just tried posting an article on isnare.com and purchased credits for distribution. It says I have to wait between 5 to 7 days for my article to be posted. Anyone has any success story with their paid distribution system in terms of traffic/SEO ?
The site i target is the one in the sig.
I`m also thinking of using submityourarticle.com and prweb.com to get more traffic but i need an advice first.

Article marketing can be very effective over time, I've used isnare and many other article sites for my long term campaign. Do not expect huge or fast results however the traffic generated is usually worth the effort of writing and submitting articles on a weekly/monthly basis.

I`m concerned about their slow approval methods as i posted my article on 13th jan and it`s still in "pending"
