I have a platinum membership on isnare.com - an article distribution service which allows me to submit 7 articles/day. I'm not fully using this so I'm offering to submit your article for 100NP/article or $3 via PayPal
They claim to 'Distribute your articles to over 40,000+ publishers & hundreds of article sites.' and I have a good impresion on them (as I'm still using them).
It takes about 3 days for them to review and approve the article (I never had a rejected article).
