Is this true about NameJet and their auction?

I wanted to list some domain names at the Namejet auction and to my surprise, I received this response from them as attached here.

Is this true or how does it work @NameJetGM ?

The service is only available to users with a certain portfolio numbers and quality. They had special consultants who provided them with this service.

I got the same thing when uploading a batch of domains. I have bought and sold deep into 5 figures with them, but I guess that wasn't good enough.

NameJet always made life difficult for me.
I prefer SnapNames, though owned by the same Owner.

I actually generally avoid both companies’ but Snap is the lesser of two evils’ for me. Ty OP for the update!
