Ok so. You all know I follow real estate development. I was following a development called 305 Coles in Jersey City NJ.

someone else had regged 305Coles.com. I'm guessing someone tried to sell if to the developer and got no where. It's always fun to imagine what happened.
I suspect the developer did not like the idea maybe because the seller asked for an amount the buyer did not understand because most buyers have no idea what domains should cost yet they act like they are experts.
So ok no deal? fine.
Go check where 305Coles.com leads to now?

I thought it was an FBI seized domain but it's not. Go check for yourself.
