I think this is a perfect example to show how Afternic are abusing you in their responsibilities of being your broker. They SHOULD be telling you what the offer price is, in that eMail. But they WON'T. But they do say they will tell you, if you ask. So just send them an email and ask, and see what gibberish they come back with. Which justifies asking you to set BIN and Floor pricing without even receiving a firm offer on a Make Offer domain. It's just all BS terminology around what a "lead" is.

For those old enough to know, it sounds a bit like Bill Clinton explaining what the word 'is" is, in his legal problems with Monica Lewinsky.

Do you also notice how easily they slip in the selling of their appraisal services? This would make a great business model. Send emails to domainers saying they have a lead. And BTW, we can offer you services to get a valuation of your domain. Great stuff. I'm not saying they are doing this. But it certainly smells a bit of a dodgy practice to me.

Personally. I dislike this entire business model. YMMV. I'm in the process of disengaging from Afternic.
