I found a link to this on a free site:

Their rationale is it's legit because the site is based in India so it's not governed by copyright laws.. is this true?

Yes, because you are only allowed to listen to those songs not download.

Apparently if you register, you can download? I haven't checked it out completely yet.. lots of popups btw.
