Well it timed out, but from your description I can tell you that's not coding a psd. Coding a PSD is separating the individual images and making the layout expandable.

This kinda goes back to your original question about tableless design. That is whats known as a tableless design because you used div tags and used CSS to position them rather than using tables.

However, to take it a step further you could slice it and create divs for each piece then I would say that you fully coded the website but I have seen it work the way you did it also.

okay. ty. What are the benefits of slicing??? the fact that you can make the page longer if needed?

EDIT- So if wanted to sell this template, in the folder i'd put the html file & the PSD file....

One benefit of slicing is that it allows you to get ride of unwanted space that you may be able to replace with a color code such as #ffffff (black) in order to save bandwidth.

Second question...you would include the html file, check.jpg, and the PSD.

The only benefit with slicing is that it's very easy to do. You don't need any knowledge of HTML or CSS and you can still slice the layout and then export the code.

Also your link is offline..

I went to the link and it is just a grey background with white. I don't see anything, besides the rounded corners, that could not be done in photoshop. Have you changed what is on the site? I am lost as to what you are asking currently. Obviously what you have up is coded.
