Need Designer for Website "remodel"

Built a website for our nonprofit SeaAid (www.SeaAid.org) using Photoshop.
Would like to have the following changes:

1. Convert PS "sliced" site to HTML (editable in Dreamweaver)
2. Set site in a 1280x768 template centered on a colored background that fills/centers on any monitor screen size.
3. Reformat text boxes (perhaps horizontal, perhaps columnar) and add some image anchors in those text boxes.

I don't think that is a smart idea. Anyone with a res below that will have to scroll like crazy. Also, your images are huge and there are way too many. I suggest redesigning a layout.

gchick can you take the files down a notch? It seems like it is a very imaged site and needs iframes which never quite work. How are you going to go about fixing this. I had a similar problem with another site and I couldn't quite fix it.
