Is this a Joke?! $19k bid on shoPS3.com on eBay?

I was looking at eBay and came across this:

He has received an offer of $19,000 , yet this still hasn't received his reserve price! Unless I am missing something, this seems to be quite a distinctly mediocre domain name.

I had a look at ebay UK a few days ago. People were selling for example BUSINE55.com (with two 5's) for something like $30,000 USD (with no bids obviously)... there were many other crap names for sale all for over 10K

So.. I looked at ebay history, and found previously NONE of these domains (about fifty of them from almost as many sellers) ever sold... not surprisingly.

This is worse than some TDNAM sellers who just put a silly amount on a domain hoping some fool think it might be worth that much.

Saying that... I just paid $3000 for a domain with an "-" (hyphen) in it. But it was a kind of unique domain where the hyphens impact is minimal and the name I think exceptional.
