First, I understand the fact that Pokemon domain names are a no go.

BUT does this guy really have PokemonGo.com? and why is it being sold on eBay out of all places?

ALSO didn't PokemonGo.net sell for $20K a week or two ago?

just seems weird. But I am a newbie domainer, so maybe I'm missing something haha

This reminds me of the day I bought CellphoneCompany.com on eBay. I was so excited about this great name I won for a few dollars.

The name was actually listed like that CellphoneCompany.com and the description also showed it that way. However, once I paid and the name was pushed to my GoDaddy account, what I saw was...

Cell-Phone-Company.com

I was really upset and got a refund. Ebay is a place where you have to be very careful.

Report it as a counterfeit item. Seller doesn't disclose that it's an IDN in the description.

And not to mention the trademark issue.
