Is there a chance of a suit at John Chow

I recently posted already about the power of buzz marketing from John Chow on my personal blog you can read that by clicking on my signature.

What I found interesting is that John Chow launched an E-book another author of an e-book has made claim that he has broken the law. Does this person stand a chance? Are the comments made back and forth going to lead to anything? What are your thought on it. . .

I ain't read the comments etc... but if the guy has the copyright ( and he does automatically if he wrote the original material) then I would say yes.
