So, I acquired a domain name and would like to put it up for auction at Flippa. Except it's already listed there. I guess in perfect world, the fact that I can verify ownership of the domain would give me the right to put it up for auction there, you know, with me being the owner of it and everything. But we're not talking about a perfect world here. We're talking about Flippa's world.
I contacted them two days ago to ask them to remove the listing, so I can list it. And I still haven't heard back from them.
#1. I shouldn't have to contact them just to get them to make their site function the way it's supposed to function.
#2. It shouldn't take them 2+ days to get back to me to deal with an oversight by one of their bonehead (so-called) programmers.
Flippa, why don't you fix this problem? Better yet, maybe we can make a list of all the things about your selling platform that need fixing.
