Beware: Sandera LTD sells enewyork.com at Sedo auction but won't transfer domain

Is SANDERA LTD ([email protected]) a member here? I believe they own a lot of e[state].com domains like ealabama.com
Here's what happened:
I won the domain enewyork.com at Sedo auction on 1/24. The starting bid price was $500 (no reserve) and I won the domain at $2,001.
Sedo accepted my payment on 1/26 and asked the seller to provide Auth Code.
Sedo has now asked the seller to provide the auth code multiple times and tried calling them, but no response.
Yesterday Sedo asked if I want to request a refund which I will be doing today.

Sedo will pass all of their information over to you. You can then explore your legal options and potentially take the name from them. That's probably your best bet at this point. Sedo isn't gonna do much more than try for you, and then turn all of their information over to you.
