As for alternatives,
in this very subsection of the forum there is plethora of info on that.
Atm top dedicated parking services are ParkingCrew, Bodis, Sedo and Voodoo.

Yeah I registered back in 2018 but mostly I was involved with ecom so I don't know all the current nitty gritty of the domaining world.
