You'll find that even if search engines have crawled your site, they dont instantly appear in results. There is normally a massive queue of pages for it to process (i'm guessing this means deciding what search terms they apply to), so relax for a while.
try adding a sitemap first, get some links from high pr sites then monitor for at least a month. If its not yet added on the index, try the reinclusion request...
I do have a similiar sort of problem, i recently picked up an expired .info domain as the name was short and good. It's been over 2 months now but none of its page is been indexed seems while the rest of the domains bought after that are all been indexed in google which is very strange!
if it is not showing up for more than a month i would say it is banned or you have not done advertising yet...
because i just add my site to couple of directories with a PR and post it at namepros on the advertisement area and the next thing i know within a week at most ... my site is indexed by google...
though my site which i sold www.ve0.net was never indexed on google. I advertised it alot.
Sometimes if you use those search engines submitter like different onces really often... google bans your website, so try avoiding those.
