domain Is it worth selling this site?

I am thinking about selling a website of mine, but wanted to know if you think I wouldn't get any decent return from it. I have put in hundreds of hours on this thing and would rather just keep hold of it before letting it go for peanuts. The site is here: www.simply-graphics.com .

As far as stats for the site go, It's averaging about 150 uniques a day at present, but has shown around a 700% increase in the last 3 months and is continuing to rise. PR is 5 with several other 4/3/2 inner pages. About 400 pages in total. Current revenue is about $50 per month from adverts (although most of the ads are paid up for a couple of months already so that might not be a factor at present), about $30 via adsense and roughly $75 from work gained from visitors to the site asking me to do work for them. About 15% of all unique visitors add the site to their bookmarks so the repeat visitor ratio is good (47,000 page views so far this month). Anything else you would need to know?

I have no idea at all how much I realistically could expect to get for the site. I don't want to advertise it for a few dollars and lose out, but neither do I want to put a much larger figure on it and price myself way out of the market. If this was your site and you were selling it, how much would you ask for? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

than 2 Hours setting up their
site and wanting a realistic price appraisal
As is $300-$500
Clean up a few of the rough edges
you could double or even triple that.

If you can show steady monthly Income: $50+$30+75 = 155*12 (months) is $1860.

This should be a starting point.

As a web developer resource you have a LOT of potential buyers (because webmasters are already interested in the web!).

Anyway, if you can show a steady income of what you mention above I think you could set a buy it now at $2500, accept an offer at $2000 and still feel good in the morning.
