Is it possible to use earnings that are in my adsense account for an adwords campaign?

Not until they actually PAY you.

Two different programs - they don't "talk" to each other.

I once wanted to do it, so I contacted adsense support and ask them if it is possible.

I got a reply telling me that, at the moment, adsense do not have any option where one can transfer funds from adsense to adwords or vise versa.

You can not transfer funds from adsense to adwords so how you going to use it?? When adsense pay you, use that earning wherever you want
