'Is it against google adsense TOS to have an adwords campaign sending traffic to a site with adsense on it?'


I hear you are not allowed to buy traffic for sites containing adsense banners, so since running an adwords campaign is essentially buying traffic....does that make it against adsense TOS?

Who told you that? Yes you can buy traffic / advertise your website.

funny you can email google and ask them but logically you can do whatever you want with your website mate.

Well as far as I know, you can't send incentive traffic like traffic from autosurfs, paid to read sites, etc. Not sure about that, but some of my friends already had problems when they started to send such traffic. It was long time ago though, maybe it's allowed now. Need to ask google.

Best bet is to e-mail the Google Adsense team and ask (They'll probaly OK it as it means more cash for them, but I am not certain).

They usually reply within 12 hours.
