Please help me to decide which option reasonable.
- Developing htmlcss.net
- Selling domain
- Or dropping it without any project.

Other tlds not developed yet.
Search volume is 27000 for "html css" with low competition, CPC ~ 1,8$

Comments appreciated, thanks all

.net keywords are normally hard to sell, but I would still give it a try by listing it on the big marketplaces -- with a nice description and logo if possible -- at first, looking if someone is interested/making offers. In the meantime you could look out which companies or start-ups (on kickstarter e.g) could need your domain; and mail them up (keep your mails always short though!).

Just a recommended way before developing or dropping anything in my sight. ;)
